significant sales of FB on Wednesday, November 6. The venture capital firm
sold a significant stake in FB at prices ranging from $48.90 to $50.26. Per
Capital IQ data and our calculations, the firm sold more than 80% of its
interest in FB since Q3 of last year. We believe the firm initially invested
in FB in the past few years. We see Andreessen Horowitz's actions as
understandable and reasonable, but believe they could also be perceived as
an indication about FB's perceived absolute and relative value.
