00 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 (Beijing / Hong Kong
Time: 9:00 a.m., Thursday, November 28, 2013). Renren's management will be

BEIJING, Nov. 27, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Renren Inc. (NYSE: RENN) ("Renren" or
the "Company"), a leading real-name social networking internet platform in
China, today announced its unaudited financial results for the third quarter
ended September 30, 2013.
Third Quarter 2013 Highlights
Total net revenues were US$47.6 million, a 5.6% decrease from the
corresponding period in 2012. Renren net revenues were US$41.1 million, a 9.
9% decrease from the corresponding period in 2012. Nuomi net revenues were
US$6.5 million, a 36.0% increase from the corresponding period in 2012.
Gross profit was US$30.0 million, a 3.0% decrease from the corresponding
period in 2012.
Operating loss was US$35.5 million, compared to an operating loss of US$20.6
million in the corresponding period in 2012.
Net loss attributable to the Company was US$24.6 million, compared to a net
loss of US$15.4 million in the corresponding period in 2012.
Adjusted net loss (non-GAAP) (1) was US$19.7 million, compared to an
adjusted net loss of US$12.1 million in the corresponding period in 2012.

Adjusted net income (loss) is a non-GAAP measure, which is defined as income
(loss) from continuing operations excluding share-based compensation
expenses, amortization of intangible assets and impairment of intangible
assets.
