Groupon Inc (GRPN) Rolls Out Deal Builder Platform For Merchants

Groupon Inc (NASDAQ:GRPN), an e-commerce company offering daily deals to
consumers, launched a new deal builder platform that would allow local
businesses to build their own promotions.

Merchants can create their own groupon deals
According to the daily deals company, the new deal builder platform is
available on GrouponWorks.com. Merchants will be able to easily create their
own Groupon Inc (NASDAQ:GRPN) deals that fit their needs because the
platform offers a step-by-step guide, and they can chose from a series of
popular templates to design promotions for their businesses.
Dan Roarty, vice president of product development at Groupon Inc (NASDAQ:
GRPN) said, “With the launch of Deal Builder, we now have a customizable
solution for the thousands of merchants that contact us directly every month
wanting to run a deal. By expanding the number of ways that merchants can
work with Groupon, we’re providing our customers with even more great local
business options when they want to do or buy just about anything, anywhere,
anytime.”
Daily builder offers step-by-step process
According to Groupon Inc (NASDAQ:GRPN), 10,000 merchants initially used the
daily builder platform, and it is currently available to every local
business across the United States. The daily deals company said that
merchants are required to fill out basic information to be able to start
using the platform, then choose the right deal structure, and discount for
their business. After creating their own Groupon deals, merchants will have
the option to review their final promotion, e-sign the contract, and the
deal automatically goes live after completing the review process.
Groupon Inc (NASDAQ:GRPN) has sales representatives ready to speak to
merchants anytime during the process though the live chat button on its
website. Roarty emphasized, “Merchants can tell us how many customers they
need and what type of discount they want to offer and we’ll use our
expertise from working with more than 500,000 businesses worldwide to help
guide them to create an effective Groupon promotion for their business.”
The deal builder is now available for all merchants in the health and beauty
, service, and activities-based businesses. Groupon Inc (NASDAQ:GRPN) said
it will expand the platform for merchants in the food and beverage space

感觉 groupon 这个 platform 已经建的不错。deal 属于人们生活的一部分。
