1. The dilution is public information from the very beginning - I don't
think something everyone know will move the stock that much
2. Short interest change is not substantial. it is something like 5%. even
if the conversion of preferred adds another 5% to the shares outstanding. so
I don't by his dilution leads to loss of short squeeze potential argument
3. I think at this stage valuation is really irrelevant
4. It's all about supply at this point. I think Elon will throw out a few
good news about supply -- both car production and battery supply.
