PWE margin. Most of PWE assets are land with oil and NG reverse.
The value of these type assets will go up as time goes on. Its PB ratio is
even lower than JCP, plus has 6.5% dividend(the CEO already mentioned that
he is comfortable to maintain the current dividend).
