2007-2008, there's housing bubble and house securizing (can't think of the
TERM),
2014-...., what we have today? Bond bubble? stock bubble? (Not likely, SP500
ER are still relatively healthy?)

abnormal market can last for a long time before burst
but bursting is a certain thing.
so we should be cautious of a bubble bursting signal

Can you give the source of SP500 p/e is 19.2？ Normal is between 12-14, I
think.
