Just to reiterate, in a 90-day restriction your account is not restricted
from trading but you will have to wait until the settlement of the trade
before you can have access to the trade proceeds for further investment.
Please note that settlement is not unique to E*TRADE Securities LLC.
Settlement is an industry standard that is practiced by all brokerage firms
in the United States and is enforced by federal regulators. All stock sales
settle in the same amount of time, and there is no way to accelerate
settlement.
有个问题请教大家，这个回信不会是说我现在转到别的broker 这个90天也会跟着走吧
