closed fund 's meaning is management is not forced to buy and sell in order
to exactly follow the index of A share.
If you want to sell 100 share of CAF, the price is others want to pay.
For open fund, the management has to buy and sell the stocks in it to follow
the index
To Simply this, CAF just hold one stock CCC, if the price is lower than CCC
, you want to sell 100 share CAF,
for open-end fund, the management team will sell it in the open market, the
price is same as the market price of CCC. for a closed-end fund, the
management team cannot sell 100 share CAF at the market price of CCC, they
have to find others who want to buy 100 share of CAF. In theory, if nobody
wants to buy CAF, this 100 share cannot be sold, the price is ZERO.
