It won't go up as much as some of small oil E&P because
overall oil production in the North America will be
less than, may be much less(than its peak time) next year,
may be forever. Those high cost shale oil companies
learned hard lesson from this year oil price collapsing.
Oil price itself will go back to $70-$80 sometime next year
or may be 2016. The ones(E&P) can survive will be able to
make at least $20/b from their production.
Overall, oil production(from US and Canada) may reduce
2 million B/day to reach the demand/supply balance.
That means the number of people working in oil field
will be much less than its peak time. CVEO will end with
a lot of extra things that no one want to rent(such as
mobile homes). These things are hard to sell/dump. |
