so，结果是，
1. above averages manage to win some and rebuild bankrolls up at some point.
due to favorable odds
2. top notches win more often than losing, 一年下来bankroll 10乘100乘。
3. averages and unders lose too quickly to recover, or eventually got
frustrated to give up. this is the worst scenario because one lost a lot
but not able to come back forever.
