Following the retail release of Fitbit’s (FIT) recently unveiled “Charge 2
” wearable fitness tracker, Longbow’s Joe Wittine today reiterates a Buy
rating on the shares, and a $20 price target, writing that “the product is
driving a refresh among Charge HR owners, easily the largest portion of FIT
’s installed base (we estimate 40%+).
He finds the feedback on Amazon of people reviewing the Charge 2 is “
particularly bullish,” given it looks like more people are trading up than
did for the “Blaze” and “Alta” products that came out this past spring: |

season.
I have both apple watch, as well as FIT. FIT gives a look of pure sports
without the cheesy iwatch feel. besides much cheaper, and not tied to
iphone. I don't think the real sale number is out yet, FIT has beaten sale
number every quarter since coming public. No doubt this ER will be a beat. |
