1) is not generally known to the public;
2) confers economic benefit on its holder because the information is not
publicly known; and
3) is the subject of reasonable efforts by the holder to maintain its
secrecy.
Trade secrets are an important, but invisible component of a company's
intellectual property (IP). Their contribution to a company's value,
measured as its market capitalization, can be major.
交易机密，或商业机密，持有者都尽很大努力去保密，对有些公司特别是hedge fund，
这种机密价值数亿，一般来说除了掌舵人任何人都拿不到核心源代码。没人会把自己身
价百倍的秘密拿出来分享，不分享是正常，说点九牛一毛算不错了。正常人也不用想着
去偷去抢，无论卖身还是卖肾都拿不到，自己做调研好了。炒股绝对是全职research，
并且淘汰率很高，业余散户只能碰运气，拼三观。
