Musk on Cybertruck: “We tried to build a product that's superior in every
way without any preconceptions of how such a product should look, from the
standpoint of just, what's the most badass futuristic armored personnel
carrier that kicks ass of any pickup truck”
More Musk on Cybertruck: we’ll probably "sell as many as we can make, it's
going to be pretty nuts”
Says it’s "better than people realize"
Musk: "It's hard to think of another company that has more exciting product
and technology roadmap, so super fired up about where Tesla will be, you
know, in the next 10 years.”
Musk says “battery day” event is probably April time frame.
Biggest news out of the earnings call so far is that the Chinese government
ordered a temporary shutdown of Tesla’s Shanghai factory over coronavirus
fears, which Tesla says could affect Q1 profitability.
