50%+ Airbnb hosts will be selling off their rental properties, and/or being
foreclosed upon. Will take time but when this begins it will be another of
many factors pushing down real estate valuations. The pandemic/gov shutdown/
political agendas combo just taught real estate investors that owning rental
properties is not as safe and low risk as they thought it was. Moving into
many "new normals" here in the USA. Will take awhile for all of this to
shakeout and for us to see what this new normal will be. | g***l
