placed是 “12/8/2021 00:02”。。。可明明记得没有任何working order
更狠的来了，问了thinkorswim, 解释如下
“So it appears that the order was updated with us and manually canceled/
expired on the 8th, but it was not updated with the market destination the
order was sent to... But the order would not have shown as working until it
was filled as happened today. AGain this was caused by the order not being
canceled at the destination keeping it active
Anytime there is an error, we can address it as quick as possible, but there
isn't an expectation that there would be a next time. WHen the order was
manually canceled the report of that cancelation somehow didn't reach the
market destination, there was not anything on your end you did wrong in this
scenario, it was more of a sytematic error that our order room is going
over with the representatvie who manually expired the GTC order”
