去之前刚恢复游泳不到2周，一共4次，体重已达历史最高点，85kg，又是第一次去，不
知深浅，所以把这次初游定为纯娱乐，纯休闲游，不加drill，就是忽悠着游游自由泳
池长137m，来回一个lap就是274m，之前的算盘是，先5个lap，休息一下，再5个lap
下水以后发觉，完全不是想的那么轻松， |
