创新纪录了,以前在masters可能都没游到这么多。
25m @ 35" x8
50m @ 1'10" x6
100m @ 2'15" x5
200m @ 4'30" x8
Total 59:42, swim time 54:09
游前跑了个11公里的easy run,游完了也不累。Feel so good!

very good! you also need to monitor how long you rest between intervals.it
doesn't have to be short rest because you are still working on your form.
but you can try to push yourself a little bit when doing 200m. i guess you
will have long distance to the next day.

我上面写的时间是包含了休息时间的:
25m @ 35" x8 (28" + 7")
50m @ 1'10" x6 (1'01' + 9")
100m @ 2'15" x5 (2'03" + 12")
200m @ 4'30" x8 (4'15" + 15")
括号里为游和休息的大致分布。
不过今天就没有昨天游得好了,不知道是不是状态的原因。100米平均2'07", 200米平
均4'20"。

good. thhis is a better to log your practice. if you swim faster then you
need longer rest to keep the same intensity.have you looked into "critical
swim speed" yet. you can use it to alternate practice routine and monitor
your progress. it defines both swim and rest times.
for example, i used to do 18 x (1'25/100y + 10 rest) a couple of months ago.
last saturday, i did 18 x (1'18-21/100y + 10 rest) without a sweat:). i am
pleased with the progress given how much mileage i put in for the last two
months.

yes,this is good method to generate a training plan if you don't have a
coach.at the end of Feburary, i will test 400/200 and see if i has made any
progress and determine what will be my current CSS.

it is normal to have good days and bad days.i am having bad days too right
now. since last thursday i have swum 5 days in a row and played tennis on 4
days.although i only had time for 1000 -1500 yard for swim per day,i didn't
get enough sleep so feel very sluggish.
i can guess how discipline you have to be training for ironman:)

I watch no TV, go to no party, in bed by 10pm (11pm the latest)! Up at 5:10
or 5:30am everyday, and only sleep in until 6:30am during the weekend.
