In this edition we noticed a secret training operation in Canada, the
creative and kind spirit of Team Wurtele, a Swede in Flanders, the
availability of Spherovelo in the USA, and a clever Canadian luge themed
political message spot.
Secret Canadian training
What: Jonathan Caron was recently spotted on the frozen Skaha Lake in
Penticton, BC Canada barefoot and in his Orca wetsuit with a big axe. With
this lake so close to the Challenge Penticton course word has it that Caron
might be up to some secret training for the race - but this will likely
backfire now. He can expect hordes of triathletes to invade that lake to get
a good shot at early swim training.

ST: It appears that you are on a program. We have seen you in a wetsuit with
a big axe on a frozen lake. Are you going into 2014 with more vigor?
Jonnyo: Yes, part of having a baby is, I want her to see her daddy do some
triathlons and be fit again. So, it has been a fun ride in the past 3 months
and I hope I kept on the same pace. I am just enjoying the process right
now and we will see where it brings me! I am not the same athlete as I was 4
years ago!

看远处还是水，估计他要破开近处的冰下水。不直接走过去下水，可能是想回来疲劳状
态下顺利上岸？
