男子，我觉得孙杨没得到提名有点不好理解。小蝶王chad le clos按说也基本够格。
女子是missy franklin。也许是因为游泳没有巨星（和菲尔普斯比），所以选个女子的
就不选男子了？ |

PHOENIX, Arizona, March 25. AFTER such an exciting week of competition, we
naturally had a tough time picking just one swim that was worthy of being
called THE performance of the week.
After much discussion, we agreed that Missy Franklin's 200 freestyle
American record at the women's NCAA Division I championships was the most
impressive. Yes, we should probably have expected Missy to not only win the
event, but also break Megan Romano's American record. But did anyone expect
a 1:40.31? Even though Franklin said after the race that she was hoping to
go 1:40-point, I can't imagine she believed a 1:40.3 was possible. Franklin
took the race out extremely fast, splitting 48.71 at the 100-yard mark to
lead the field by almost two seconds. Though it's a blistering pace,
Franklin didn't fall off in the last 100, splitting 25.8 and 25.7 in the
last two 50s.
Franklin put an exclamation mark on that swim with a 1:40.08 anchor leg to
help Cal win the 800 free relay. We know Franklin is an amazing talent in
the 200 free, with a world championship gold medal to her credit, but it
does not diminish the gravity of this performance. Understand that before
Friday night's swim, the idea of a female swimming 200 yards of freestyle
was pretty much unfathomable. Like going under 2:20 in the 200long course
breaststroke, it's now been done, and we might see some people joining
Franklin in that rarified air soon.
So congratulations, Missy. You've earned the Speedo Performance of the Week.

样稳稳把牌子往兜里揣的

她不go pro，让人觉得很舒服。

长距离的很少有IM全才，记得起来就evans，88汉城不但400 800free，还有400IM金牌
，但是伊蛙泳蝶泳看着像仗着血勇蛮力。

水平一般。不过他在美国的比赛im项目上击败过phelps，我一直觉得这是他被查出来“
吃药”的原因之一。他吃的药和hackett吃的药没有什么本质区别，有区别的是他们的
医生知识范围。

长距离运动员需要适当增加耐力练习，但是和中、短距离训练没有本质区别，比如都要
练im，都有sprint训练，基础技术如打水和划水训练也大部分重合
预测成绩可以游1500米，也可以通过几组9成力的训练成绩来预测
