Can I withdraw my money in a IRA account? In which case, and how to do that,
Etrade just refused my written check . and charge me a return check fee.. Sigh.
Is that a trick>?
So A non UAS citizen Should not open an IRA account. I have the feeling of being
cheated.
I tried very hard in trading, but I can not use that money. soso.
