the USA in 2002 on an F-1 Visa (student) and has remained the status since
then. As stated in my attachment 3, I can pass the substantial presence test
for 2003. This means that for 2003, I am a resident alien for tax purpose and
I am filling form 1040 for 2003 as resident alien since I file jointly with my
husband.
