So you don't get to deduct that on your tax any more.

print again and they said I can call the benefit center to opt out.

发帖数: 109 | 7 查了一下，hr以前是咨询了员工的意见大多数人同意改于是就都改了。 如果我还是想
要原来那个是不是可以单独提出要求让他们按个例改回去阿？
如果我现在提出换回ca sdi的话是不是要重新放满上限， vpdi已经交了一个月了，要是重新算等于是多交了一个月的钱，太亏
了。

发帖数: 109 | 9 狗狗了一下，貌似ca vpdi和ca sdi一样也是可以抵税的哎！ 虽然前者不算tax, 但视
为和sdi同样的税务性质。 太好了。
下面谈论的是2006年的税表， 我查了下2007年的税表，虽然vpdi在39栏里没有被列出
，但在后面的instructions列出了， 和sdi并列。 这样就合理多了， 如果vpdi不能抵
税的话就明显不如sdi，又何来benefit更好呢， 不符合law的宗旨吧。 //百思不得其解的是为什么公司吃饱饭没事做要改成私
人保险阿， 他们出的钱又不会减少的说

I find it particularly interesting that California seems to think CA-VPDI is
deductible on the federal return. Line 39 of the 2006 California form 540
Schedule CA says:
