发帖数: 913 | 2 Normally, you will receive $600 or $300 EPR in 2008 based on 2007 filed tax
returns. However, some may not qualified (Due to the high income or too low
income)in 2008, the EPR will be re-tested when prepared 2008 income tax
return. If you qualified by then, you can claim the EPR as refundable credit
in 2008 income tax return, (which will be treated payment received in 2009).
Since you do not know, I guess the answer for you is NO.
