1. In 2009, I worked with my F1 before Oct. 1, and H1b afterwards. Can I be
considered as dual status for 2009 tax return?
2. I have been to US for about 3.5 years. Can I still u F1 treaty ($5000)
for my NRA period in 2009? Can I use standard deduction for my RA period in
2009?
3. Can I make the first year choice to report as a RA? If so, what would the
tax treaties that applies to me be? Would it be more than if I reported as
dual status?
