Sorry that I can't type Chinese at work. I have two questions about ESPP
and I am hoping somebody could help me out. Using Turbotax, I owe IRS over
$11,000. Part of this was due to the capital gain of $12,000 from company's
ESPP. Since I have Capital Loss carryover of $15000, the net proceeding is
still a loss, right? It looks like the TurboTax makes the capital gain of $
12k as a part of income and the capital loss was still $15k. How do I make
