To meet Substantial Presence Test 2009, you must Physically present in the
United States on atleast::
1. 31 days during the current year 2009.
2. and 183 days during the 3-year period that includes the current year
2009 and the 2008 and 2007, counting:
* All the days you were present in the current year 2009, plus
* 1/3 of the days you were present in the year 2008, plus
