Payment (ERP) 的选项。去年报税我们也是file jointly,而且拿了economic stimulus
payment （$600, noy $1200). 我看关于Economic Recovery Payment的解释，说这个
跟去年的不一样。所以我选了both 都没有收到过, 这样taxcut就自动增加250的反税。
