我老婆不工作，我用哪个表能用standard deduction 或者增加我老婆的exemption 呢?
在1040NR中，我要是选择Other married nonresident alien, 我能按married filing
jointly 的 tax bracket 来算吗？
有的人谈到用extension的方法来增加 deduction, 我的情况可以吗？谢谢 | r****a

Because you were on H1-B for less than 31 days. You cannot claim dual status
by using extension method.
