也就是说,8000不是你的就不是你的,尽管你卖房亏钱.

房的价格有关.因为卖价决定了你卖房是否有capital gain.如何计算这个capital gain
是问题所在,IRS有清楚说明(form 5405),其中一点对卖者有利的是卖房的commission f
ee和closing cost等都将直接降低你的gain.这年头拿了8kcredit, 3年内卖房的人应该
很少能有gain的了,因此没有这个repayment的要求了.
