不确定：IRS网站说“Attach any forms or schedules that are affected by the
change”，如果不附其他supporting documents 如中美tax treaty的8833表（前半年
在三年免税期内），是否会造成IRS官员的confusion（为什么只报半年税）；抑或说
IRS系统有存档，像我这个情况只需报送1040X+正确的1040+Schedule M？望指教，谢谢

originally filed" on both pages of the new 1040 and Sch. M, you write "as
