可是我又不欠他们钱。。。
他们搞错过一次，把我的学费当成收入扣税了
然后我去office找他们，也搞清楚了
难道还要算来算去？

其实是第二年的学费，第一年末系里就出钱了，但是第二年初学校才扣钱
他们就把那笔钱当做我第一年的unpaid tuition，要收税。。。
不过我去office解释清楚了
就没事了。。。

个表。
先给IRS打个电话，或者去当地的office 问问看看你的account 是不是 in good
standing，或者还有什么问题再说。

没有给我表。。。
那个officer上网改了改啥，然后跟我说已经clear了
我可以无视那个通知了。。。
我问他改完之后我的due money是多少，他说是0

your account, (and assess taxes), you can sign the form.
If I were you, I would try to call IRS and find out if there is anything
hanging on your 2008 account and try to resolve it quickly.
It might be just things got crossed in the mail that one office sent the
request before your local office agent was able to update your case, or it
could be your 2008 return is still messed up. Don't be surprised if it is
the later. I've seen all kinds of IRS stupid mistakes, and what it takes to
get it fix it.

如果irs一月份时候发过一个要求补材料的表
我寄回去以后到现在一直杳无音信
现在又收到这个要求延期的信
如果我拒绝会有什么后果么？
