发帖数: 158 | 2 I do not think you need to fill up all the boxes. Just the first part, leave
colume A,B,C bland and wirte down the reason why you want to make this
correction in part 3. That is it. And at the top of the form you amended,
write down: Amended. That's it. Form 1040X should be the cover letter, then
the form you want to resubmit followed behind.
