as resident 是否需要填8843?
IRS 网站有写：
In addition, you may still be treated as a nonresident alien for the purpose
of withholding Social Security and Medicare tax. Refer to Aliens Employed
in the U.S. – Social Security Taxes.
但没写是否填8843？ 请有经验的告知下，多谢 | j*****j
