My broker's 1099B shows Partnership distributions. it is actually a stock
dividend. But it will not report to irs by broker. I googled that I will
need to be on the lookout for a Schedule K-1 from the partnership.
Anyone know what tax rate will for this income? will it be same as qualified
stock dividend?
