两个支线决定。一个是帮女的解决某个领主被附身的任务，一个是帮她哥解决岛上的巨
人。
全解决之后，主线发生时间，选择帮男的，还是帮女的。决定王位归属。
如果你一个支线都没做，那王位会被对头家夺取。

talked to the father, and told him i would help both of his kids.
has not go much further yet.
finished a small part of the main quest.
so it seems like the elven mage and ciri first came to this island, then
portal it back to velen. surprised they put the time line in reverse
sequence.

那个传染病就是她到了中世纪的欧洲带回去的，然后她后面见到杰日天的时候，会说，
到过一个狂猎不敢追来的世界，估计就是赛博朋克2077的世界。就是这个工作室的下一
个作品。

geral was saying the wild hunt chase siri because her blood gave the ability
to do portals. but based on what i see so far, they can also do portals.
so why bother to need her blood? just for DLC patch upgrade?
