Please go to Central election Commission of Taiwan (www.cec.gov.tw). The web
page is titled "A Brief Introduction of Elections in Taiwan." If fact you
can google with the title. Please read the two sections with the headings "
Fair and Open Scrutiny System" and "Efficient Polling and Vote Counting
Process."
My comment: In the first section, it is said each polling has about 1,200
voters. Note that is potential voters. At
