eyes are not in those of some others. For example, I don't think the
Taiwanese colonel did anything wrong, who escaped to US after disclosing in
mid-1980s that Taiwan wanted to develop an atomic bomb. Other than Dr.
Justin Lin, Taiwan has seldom--almost never--chargeed a person with treason.

(The ROC originally listing him as missing but in 2000 issued an order for

So, as far as I can recall, nobody was charged with treason in Taiwan. Not
even the colonel who provided US with atomic development of Taiwan.
