Originally from Taiwan, I have lived in US for more than two decades, mostly
in Boston.
(1) Regarding your original posting. Why are 主治大夫, 外科大夫, 化疗的黑心
大夫
are different persons? I would like to think that the same doctor can do the
three jobs--the surgeon takes in the patent, operates on him and prescribes
chemotherapy. That is what happens in Taiwan and possibly US. Then, if | c**i

In United States, both federal and state laws afford patient's Bill of
Rights.
The focus of this posting is emergency care, as well as itemized billing.
(A) federal law:
