台湾的小吃是多种多样的。蚵仔面线、肉圆、花枝庚、鲁肉饭、凤梨酥、芋头酥、珍珠
奶茶、木瓜牛奶、爱玉冰~~~~~~~~~~太多了,想想就流口水。
听台湾的一位老伯伯讲,1949年以前台湾人的口味基本上是以闽南菜以主,并且经过日
据时代,所以也受日本人口味的影响。到了1949年后,大量外省人也带来了大陆各省市
的煮菜手艺。经过本地口味的融合,就有了现在各种有台湾口味的浙江菜,上海菜,山
东菜、北平烤鸭等等。
而对于大陆的饮食,常听到台湾人这样评价。
“大陆的菜好油哦”
“大陆的菜好咸啊”
“大陆的菜又麻又辣啊”
要知道大陆有八大菜系,各有特色。更不要说23个省,甚至到各个市菜色味道都有其独
到之处。
因此,我只能建议怕油的人吃粤菜(一定会吃的眉开眼笑),怕咸的人吃无锡菜(包他
甜晕过去),怕麻辣的人让他离四川重庆远一点。
台湾是生活在一个岛上,从北到南大约开车5个小时到了。从北到南的文化与饮食等方
面是没什么差异的。所以部份台湾人直觉地认为他们所看到的那部分就是大陆的全部。
这种直觉的反应方式,不仅是体现在饮食方面……
今年过年时,台湾哪个电台我忘记了,大致内容是一个香港记者访问 |

yesterday by foolishly replying to a previous series. I did not bother. "

Secondly, I disagree with your statement "文章作者不重要,重要的是观点,"

K****n 发帖数: 5970 | 5 我觉得台湾的北京烤鸭,川菜,过桥米线之类的都不错。小吃过于诡异了,超出了我的
欣赏能力,比如“阿给”。
其实不少台湾人自己也叹,对大陆封闭的太久了,岛上的人见大陆什么都新鲜惊奇。不
傻的人哪儿都有,傻的人也没办法。一切都是正常的,一切都挺好,期望不用太高,这
个系列作品从始至终对别人期望都太高了。 |
