他的选举结余款，汇往海外的目的是为了要作为国际外交与公共用途使用。
所以结果是：
陈的妻子把陈的选举结余款汇往海外秘帐，目的是为了要作为国际外交与公共用途使用。
这个伟大的构想，陈本人是不知道的。
当调查局发现钱转移，怀疑洗钱时，陈向妻子提问，他妻子没有告诉陈她转移钱到密账
，有非常伟大的目的，相反，她说她没转移过任何钱。诡异之一。
任何人，别人告诉他的厨房着火时，都不会琢磨这个人信用如何，而会跑两步看看是否
真着火。
一个总统，在别人告诉他账户洗钱时---如果他真是无知---至少会看，钱哪里来，账户
哪里，什么证据。但陈没有，一口咬定老婆说没着火就完了。诡异之二。
无论是陈的妻子还是他本人，行为模式都不合常理。

Taiwanese are world-famously rich. Measured by per capita GDP (either
nominal or adjusted with PPP), Hong Kong has been higher than Taiwan for
decades. However, Taiwan has more wealthy households (and individuals) than
HK, thanks to smaller gap between the rich and the poor in the former. There
was a report in the section of Private Banking a few months ago

Well, nobody but you says the account is "secret." On the other hand, are
you going to show off your bank account for us to admire?
It is not Taiwan's Investigation Bureau 调查局 that said something; it was
the Egmond Group. How many times do I have to tell you? (I don't know what
was said, nor do you or anybody in Taiwan but the prosecution in Taiwan, as
well as the the Egmond Group.)

accounts. To the extent the Group did, it violated laws.
