What kind of stores sell this?
(2) What do you mean by 白酒考" The last character is roasting, but the wine
is to drink?

2 小心斯掉mullet roe 的薄膜，放在碳上烤，边烤边用蒜苗段沾酒反覆刷。

(1) I knew 乌鱼 was translated to mullet (but I forgot when I asked
yesterday). But the reason I asked yesterday was Americans have not heard of
the word mullet AS FISH*--not to mention "roe" (Ameircans do not know roe
can be eaten dried, for roes here are raw, like that on top of sashimi or
caviar (US produces some, which is cheap, but largely imports from Russia).
(2) I saw it once in Taiwan. I did not recall membrane being torn away (but
that was decades ago). (What happens it one eats

sashimi. But sushi can be found in supermarkets.
