(1) Dr. Cohen was a mentor of both Mr. and Mrs. Ma Ying-jeou while the
husband was a student at Harvard Lw School. In this commentary, Dr. Cohen
eloquently challenged the Taiwan's judiciary, as Don Quixote tilted at a
windmill.
