summary is, "98年1月失業人數為57萬8千人，較上月增加2萬9千人；失業率為5.31%，
較上月上升0.28個百分點；經調整季節變動因素後之失業率為5.33%，較上月上升0.29
個百分點。1月就業人數1,030萬3千人，較上月減少5萬1千人或0.49%。1月勞動力參與
率為58.02%，較上月下降0.18個百分點。"
