I bring up this report in part because it is published in Wall Street
Journal, and in part because it talks about how Taiwanese--at least some of
them feel about Pres. Ma's policies. Still the first author, Mr. Tsai,
whined under Pres. Chen and now under Pres. Ma. I guess he is hard to please.
