(a) To engage in strikes in entirely legal. I live in Boston for twenty
years, and Massachusetts is a hotbed of labor unions. Before that, I lived
in Chicago for four years, and people in Illinois is pro-labor also. Anyway,

nothing but the VOA report (see attached), I assumed the secret had been out
already--after all, VOA said the practice had been in place for quite some
time.
So I was pleasantly surprised to receive a commendation: "您在Returnee版发表

Apparently, at the minimum some oversea Chinese have not learned about the
trick, not to mention Chinese inside China (where information is restrict
