(a) Vice President of Taiwan Vincent C. Siew was diagnosed with lung cancer,
stage IIIB. Apparently during operation, metastasis was observed in the
form of white dots on pleura His doctors said 5-year survival rate would be
90%. That is a joke! After all, it is just a step away from the terminal
stage of IV.
