My comment:
(a) VOA is slick. It does not talk about US position but talks about Japan's
, making Japan look bad. Then again, Japan may not care, but instead warns
China obliquely against blocking the former's accession to UN Security
Council.
(b) On the other hand, China is to blame also. G8 is unlike International
Monetary Fund, World Bank or Asia Development Bank--joining G8 does n | c**i
