UBS whistleblower Bradley Birkenfeld was awarded $104 million by the
Internal Revenue Service for providing information about overseas tax cheats
. The UBS whistleblower is credited with exposing widespread tax evasion at
the Swiss bank and was jailed after cooperating with authorities.
