用default的book template，在偶数页的右上角会打上章节的名字，但有的时候章节名
字太长了显示不下，要是用\chapter[短]{长}的话在目录里也会变成“短”，现在希望
章节名字在header里是“短”，在目录和正文里是“长”，那应该怎么做？
