考虑的budget在800上下浮动，最好是向下多浮动一些。

craigslist using key words, vanerbilt, green hills and sylvan park. I guess
the most cost-effective option is to find a duplex in these areas. Sylvan
park has the lowest rent among these places. |

Dude, you have very smililar thinking as I did when I moved from CA to TN
last year. Yes, You should feel blessed for 9 mile commute in CA. But this
is TN, 9 miles from Campus, you won't be able to see many ascians,see much
diversity, especially in Nipper corner. Also, this 9 mile commute can be a
nightmare during rush hour, at that time, you may think that extra $100 to
rent near campus is well spent.
